Would anyone happen to know the title for the christmas movie described bellow?

It's about a boy who is "abandoned in a forest and is found by a fairy. She raises him as if he were her own son, later on when he is much older he starts making toys and he starts giving them to children in a near by town. Thus Santa Claus came to be. BTW the name of the baby is Nicolas.
