Is the Nevada appeals court going to be mortified by the OJ Simpson appeal?

Do not get me wrong, he should have gotten the death sentence but my attitude is the very reason for my appeal if I were his attorney and did my legal obligation to represent him. I would say there was no way in hell anyone could ever not have it in the back of their minds that he got away with murdering 2 people.
