Guess who had no DL it was the criminal alien?

About twenty minutes ago my wife's car was broadsided by an illegal criminal alien. here is my question since they had no insurance or DL i was wondering how i can get some of the liberals that support open boarders to chip in and pay the 20 grand i am out for the car!I JUST FOUND OUT THE INDIANAPOLIS METROPOLITIN POLICE DEPARTMENT DID NOT ARREST HIM! NO ID, NO DL, NO JAIL NO PROBLEM IN INDY!!!!
