Im a 17 year old girl,I eat VERY clean!.. I do cardio everyday and strenght training 3x a week. I was 58 kgs a year ago, and I wore a british size 10-12 and I had some belly fat and flabby thighs. Now I wear a british size 14-16 and I weigh 73kgs, but I barely have anyfat anywhere... why is this so? and how do I get rid of it I want to weigh at least 62kgs and wear a size 8..
