Taking Zinc and Potium vitamins?

Learn which of them are Fat and which are water soluble. Water soluble vitamins you cannot overdose, yet fat, you can because it can easily precipitate out and cause damage.for example, the B vitamin family is extremely water soluble, but Vitamin A is fat soluble and although excellent in perfect amounts, vitamin A can cause serious damage if you take too much. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TAKE TOO MANY MINERALS such as Potium and Zinc, your body depends on their being ions. only ions. too much can cause them to reduce to elemental metals. You don't want elemental postium inside of you. Plus too much potium can cause a sodium deficiency because potium shares a protein pump with sodium. a lot of potium ion can cause you to deplete all of your sodium ion.
