I'm female, 25 years, 5'1" and 58 kgs. I'm planning to reduce my weight.?

On an average day, I have a cup of black tea(with a tsp of sugar) and a bowl of Honey Loops with milk or 2 slices of toast for breakfast. For lunch, I have steamed beans and carrots or a chapathi with veg gravy. Sometimes I snack on a fruit or a small sized chocolate. I usually skip dinner, or have another chapathi with gravy before 7pm. I brisk walk daily for about 40 minutes. Is this diet and lifestyle suitable for losing my weight to 50 kgs? I have a sedentary lifestyle.
