Why do we allow our CIA and Special Forces to act as terrorists? ?

Yeah isn't funny how that works one country gets bombed and claims it's terrorism, but then they can bomb all these other countries and say they are fighting for freedom. Freedom fighter or terrorist? I guess it just depends on what side you are on.
