If creationism is true, what are the mechanisms God used to create the universe and all life?

Creationists are notorious for criticizing evolution as science and that creationism is being deemed as religion and is being censored out from science curriculum in most high schools. If creationism is true, what are the NATURALISTIC mechanisms God used to create the universe and all life? By what NATURALISTIC mechanism was Jesus able to heal people, turn water to wine, or ascend up to heaven with no form of aircraft (because this would sound like we would need to denying gravity)? There would have to be NATURALISTIC explanations for all of these - I mean explanations without saying God used magic or something. I mean, if he used magic to create the universe, then magic would have to be science too. If that's the case why do scientists waste time studying science at Harvard when they should be studying magic at Hogwarts?
