Does anyone know?????

hi guys. i had a m/c a few weeks ago, do you know when you are supposed to start counting from to give an idea of when you will b due on next? is it the day u started bleeding or when you started bleeding alot? basically i started bleeding the 27th september but it was light. then i started bleeding more the 1st/2nd oct. im desperate for my 1st period as iwant to try again, i know it can take a while to come back but i have been getting period pains i guess no baby this month :-(. thanx in advance.
