Arrested by my wife for harasment?

My wife of 3 months was texing another man,we had an arguement which resulted in me moving out.I then spent the weekend and Monday texting her and ringing her to try and sort out our marriage.I then got arrested for harasment due in court in a few weeks.We have spoken and are trying to sort things out.How would you feel your wife getting you arrested then getting back together is it going to go **** up
